The Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the progress of work on the preparation of urban planning documentation
On the eve of the XVII Congress, the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" hosted an online conference "Infrastructural Development of Territories" on topical issues of municipalities.
The agenda included the development of water supply and sanitation infrastructure, treatment facilities, the progress of work on the additional gasification of settlements in municipalities and the progress of work to bring territorial planning documents and urban zoning of settlements in line with the requirements of federal legislation.
Ayrat Usmanov, director of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, made a report on the preparation of urban planning documentation in the republic. He spoke about the need to complete the questionnaires for the development of territorial planning documents for the Agryzsky, Aznakaevsky, Yelabuzhsky and Nurlatsky municipal districts. We also discussed the process of establishing the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, including by amending the schemes for territorial planning of districts. The districts were also explained the need for the timely appointment and holding of public hearings, sending the protocol and decisions on the approval of urban planning documents to the developers and to the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".
As a result of the conference, the issues raised and proposals for their solution will be reflected in the report of the Chairman of the Association at the Congress and will be used in the preparation of the Plan of joint activities of executive authorities and local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan.
