The preparation of urban planning documentation was discussed with the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the next monthly joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held with the participation of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullina. Representatives of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the Federal Cadastral Chamber for the Republic of Tatarstan also joined through the videoconferencing.
The meeting began with an announcement of gratitude to the employees of local self-government for fruitful joint activities in the preparation of territorial planning documents.
In 2022, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Mamadyshsky, Menzelinsky, Tukaevsky, Chistopolsky municipal districts completed filling out questionnaires by 100%. Three districts (Agryzsky, Yelabuzhsky and Nurlatsky) have yet to complete this work.
Once again, the districts were explained the need for the timely appointment and holding of public hearings, the direction of the protocol and decisions on the approval of urban planning documents to the developers and to the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan". In 2022, the Unified state register of real estate included information on the boundaries of 158 municipal settlements, including 500 settlements, as well as on the boundaries of 866 territorial zones, consisting of 58 municipal settlements.
As for the establishment of the boundaries of settlements by amending the schemes of territorial planning of districts, work is underway in 34 districts (1055 settlements), 644 boundaries of the rural settlements have been sent to the Cadastral Chamber, of which 566 are included in the USR Unified state register of real estate N. Preparations for the second stage of establishing the borders of the Agryz, Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Buinsky, Spassky and Yutazinsky regions (112 settlements in total) have been successfully completed.
