An action plan is being prepared in Tatarstan for the implementation of the republican program " National System of Spatial Data of the Republic of Tatarstan "
As part of the development of the republican program "National System of Spatial Data of the Republic of Tatarstan", a meeting was held between the heads and responsible persons of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", Kazan Federal University and Kazan State Agrarian University. Also, employees of "Republican Information and Computing Center" JSC took part in the meeting.
Recall that last year the Foundation signed cooperation agreements with the above universities to solve practical, research and development tasks in the field of obtaining spatial data. Also, on behalf of the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexei Pesoshin, universities and the Foundation are preparing a joint action plan for the implementation of the republican program " National System of Spatial Data of the Republic of Tatarstan ". Now 6 subprograms have been developed related to cartographic, geodetic and geoinformation support, the use of the results of space activities and scientific and practical potential. Colleagues from RIVC JSC also voiced their proposals for the development of information systems.
For reference: in 2022, Tatarstan became one of the four pilot regions for the creation of the National Spatial Data System. It will contain open data about the territory, including information about land and real estate, as well as basic services aimed at people and professional market participants.
