Yesterday, under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin, the meeting on the organization of archival storage of documents in electronic form with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archiving Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Gulnara Minzyanova. This issue was also raised at a meeting of the reporting board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held on January 17, 2023.
In the process of managing state property, thousands of administrative and other documents, as well as acts of acceptance and transfer of property, are annually formed in paper form. There is a need to optimize the process of preparing and storing such documents by converting them completely into electronic form. However, this issue requires careful legal study and phased implementation.
