The meeting on the issue of transferring documents of the Ministry into electronic form was held
Yesterday, the meeting on the creation and storage of administrative and related documents of the Ministry of Land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in electronic form was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev.
The meeting was attended by Alfir Idiyatullin, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Land and Property Relations of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of Kazan, Dmitry Kremlev, Head of the Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Executive Committee of the Kazan Ministry of Defense, representatives of the state treasury institution "Center of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan", state budget institution "Republican Property treasury”, TK Kontur LLC, as well as heads of structural divisions of the ministry.
At the meeting, it was noted that in the course of the activities of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, thousands of documents are generated in paper form - orders, contracts, acceptance certificates, etc. Therefore, the issue of transferring the entire cycle of functioning of documents into electronic form is on the agenda - from the moment of creation to storage.
During the discussion, the positive experience on this issue of the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan was studied, legal, technical and organizational issues of the transition to the digital circulation of documents were considered. Work in this direction will be continued.
