Improving the indicators of the republic in the rating of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives
Today, the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Arthur Galiev was held with the participation of representatives of the Association “Council of Municipal Education of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the chairmen of the chambers (administrations, committees) of land and property relations on improving the indicator B2 "The effectiveness of the procedures for registering a land plot for cadastral registration and quality of territorial planning."
During the meeting, the procedures evaluated as part of the above indicator were considered: the preparation and approval of the land plan of the land; coordination of the boundaries of the land; Approval of the location of the land on the cadastral plan of the territory.
The Office of the Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan is indicated by the need to send applications for the registration of land for state cadastral registration in electronic form, as well as typical errors when submitting these applications.
The meeting also discusses the issues received from local authorities as part of the provision of municipal services for the registration of a land plot for cadastral registration.
