On work results in the first half-year 2013
Today the Board meeting took place following the results of work in the first half-year 2013 in a videoconference mode in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. The Board passed under the chairmanship of Minister and the chairman of board Azat Hamayev. The First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov reported on activity results of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and municipalities in the first half of the year 2013.
In his speech he noted that plan execution according to the income in the republican budget is accomplished up to 70% of an annual task. Concerning municipal property within the last 4 years the positive dynamics of semi-annual receipts is observed. In a whole the annual plan on receipts by municipalities is also successfully carried out, although a number of areas goes with lag.
As the First Deputy Minister noted, today the special importance is gained by a question of new sources search of receipts from property use.
On February 1 of the current year the order of the Cabinet created the interdepartmental working group on identification of the ground areas, which haven't been put on the cadastral account but still represent big commercial interest and have risks of unauthorized capture. The coordinator of this work defined our Ministry.
The group focused the work on Kazan and its six suburbs. As a result there were revealed 111 ground areas by the area near more 2000 hectares. In his performance Sergey Demidov emphasized that all local governments need to carry out similar work in this direction.
In the report the questions concerning changes of a type of allowed use of agricultural purpose lands from "agricultural production" on "gardening", "truck farming" and "country economy", registrations of documents of title on hydraulic engineering constructions, etc. also were raised.
In the end of the report the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov acquainted participants of Board with a course of granting the ground areas to large families. Today the ground areas are provided to 18 275 large families that makes more than 83%. By results of this work the Republic takes leading positions not only in the Volga district, but also across the Russian Federation in a whole.
According to the agenda of meeting of the Board the reports on the maintenance of anthracic cattlegraves and biothermal holes made by the chief of Head department of veterinary science of the MC of RT, Bulat Kamalov and also the report on work on contest of cadastral cost of grounds of settlements made by the Deputy Minister Farit Musin were heard.
