The meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
Minister Fanil Agliullin held the first meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan this year.
Opening the meeting, the minister announced changes in the composition of the Council. After the approval of the new composition of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, public figure Artem Kuznetsov, who is the chairman of the Regional Public Organization "Large Families of the Republic of Tatarstan", was recommended to the Council.
Minister Fanil Agliullin noted that the past year was rich in events and this had an impact on current activities, there was a need to consolidate the forces of civil society and power. In this regard, the minister proposed to continue the new practice of holding joint meetings of the Public Council and the Anti-Corruption Commission.
According to the agenda of the meeting, speeches were heard by the heads of structural divisions of the ministry on the results of work in 2022 and areas of activity for 2023, on the activities of the ministry in the field of public procurement, consideration of applications from citizens and public organizations over the past year, as well as on issues of organizing an internal support system compliance with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation.
When approving the Work Plan for 2023, the members of the Council made a number of proposals. Artem Kuznetsov proposed to consider the possibility of cooperation between the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the territorial bodies of the federal executive authorities to provide land plots to large families from inefficiently used federal lands. In turn, Artur Mustaev made a proposal to continue the joint practice of receiving citizens on issues of land and property relations in the reception room of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. Other proposals were also made by members of the Council.
In connection with the implementation of the pilot project "Effective Region" in the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister Fanil Agliullin made proposals for consideration at the next meetings of the Council of issues specifying the participation of the ministry in the project "Through investment flow", to optimize the provision of land for rent at auction to ensure benefits and investment attractiveness.
Based on the results of the discussion of the agenda items, the Work Plan of the Public Council for 2023 was approved, which is published on the website of the Ministry in the “Public Council” section.
