Results of the general annual meeting of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the general annual meeting of the members of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held. Some members of the Union joined the meeting in the videoconferencing mode. The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Ministry Farit Musin and Head of the Assessment Department Larisa Shvetsova.
The members of the Union in 2022 were 45 organizations and entrepreneurs representing the main part of the republican appraisal market and specialized services
The meeting approved the reports of the board and directorate of the Union, the annual financial statements for 2022, as well as the financial plan (estimate) for 2023.
In his speech to the participants of the meeting, the President of the Union Andrey Lisichkin noted that despite the difficult situation, a sharp increase in costs, with the same amount of funding, the main tasks and obligations of the board were fulfilled both in relation to the members of the Union and in terms of the state order.
Outlining the main stages of the Union's activities in 2022, he set a number of tasks:
- expand the format of internships for municipal employees and broadcast master classes on the examination of assessment reports to an audience of employees of municipal property management bodies;
- update the proposals of the evaluation community to the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, sent during the round table in May 2022;
- provide effective feedback on training and advanced training, training of graduates and students of specialized universities;
- to ensure the maximum involvement of new organizations in the ranks of the Union in order to improve the quality of the assessment.
At the end of the meeting, Oleg Bulgakov was re-elected Executive Director of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan by general vote.
