The meeting to discuss the development of the Unified Information System for Accounting and Management of State and Municipal Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev held a regular working meeting with the participation of representatives of the ministry, State treasury institution "Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the developer of the Unified Information System for Accounting and Management of State and Municipal Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - BARS Group JSC.
The meeting considered a number of issues related to the development of the Unified Information System for Accounting and Management of State and Municipal Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the reduction of work time, the formation of focus groups with the participation of employees of the ministry in the areas of creating this system, integration with external systems, etc.
The development of this information system began this year. Its implementation will automate the accounting of municipal property in all municipal districts of the republic, provide a unified methodology for accounting for state and municipal property, reduce the time for providing state and municipal services, reduce corruption risks and optimize employee labor costs.
