Delegation from the Republic of Dagestan visited the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the meeting between the leadership of the ministry, headed by Minister Fanil Agliullin, and the delegation from the Republic of Dagestan, which arrived in the republic to exchange experience in the field of land and property issues was held. The delegation was headed by the Acting Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Dagestan “Dagtekhkadastr” Magomed-Tagir Gimbatov.
As part of the round table, the guests were told about the activities of the ministry. Colleagues from Dagestan listened with interest to information about the implementation of a number of projects in the republic, such as the “National System of Spatial Data”, the transfer of public services to electronic form, the provision of land plots to large families and housing for orphans, the creation of a unified information system for accounting and managing public and municipal property of the Republic of Tatarstan, etc. The guests were also introduced to priority areas in the field of territorial planning, land relations, and real estate management.
“All the achievements that are available in the Republic of Tatarstan are unique for the whole of Russia,” Magomed-Tagir Gimbatov noted. Of particular interest to the guests was the experience of Tatarstan colleagues in the field of cadastral valuation, the implementation of the National Spatial Data System program, the examination of independent appraisers' reports, the preparation of master plans, as well as the implementation of digital transformation projects.
The parties reached an agreement on further operational exchange of experience in the development of land and property issues.
