835,64 million rubles came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the ground areas

       09.09.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the eight months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 835,64 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 100,74 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came in from:

-      property rent – 45 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 92,4% (taking into account that the plan was decreased on 12,7 mln.rub.); 

-      land rent – 233,50 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 68,1% (taking into account that the plan was increased on 58 mln.rub.);

-      realization of property – 128,33 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 256,7%;

-      realization of land – 109,9 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 177,3%;

-      dividends – 114,42 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 61,4% (taking into account that the plan was increased on 69,3 mln.rub.);

-      PNP (Part of Net Profit) form GUE (Government Unitary Ensterprise) – 120,49 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to – 154,5% (taking into account that the plan was decreased on 4 mln.rub.).

       84 mln. rubles came from other sources, including contracts of concession and trust management. This year 41,5 mln rubles were planned to come into the budget from above mentioned sources.
