The form of the petition of transfer of the ground areas from lands of agricultural purpose in other category and structure of documents enclosed to it is changed

On September 26, 2013 the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 684 made changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 25.10.2006 No. 523 "On the statement of a form of the petition for transfer of the ground areas from lands of agricultural purpose in other category and structure of documents enclosed to it". This resolution is changed in connection with requirements of the town-planning legislation changed the petition form regarding justification of transfer of the ground area from one category in another and the structure of necessary documents for transfer of category of lands.
