The training seminar for heads and specialists of Chambers of Property and Land Relations

       On October 8-10, 2013 in the congress the hall "Salikh Saydashev", Grand hotel Kazan the training seminar for heads and specialists of Chambers of the property and land relations on the subject "Legislative Bases of Management of the State and Municipal Ownership and Questions of Judicial and Arbitration Practice" will take place.

        Legislative implementation of the main offers in the concept of development of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation on 01.10.2013;

Questions of judicial and arbitration practice in the sphere of management of the state and municipal property. Questions of the conclusion and performance of contracts for use by the state and municipal property. New in the town-planning legislation. Town-planning right as new branch of the Russian right. Order state and municipal property: new in legal regulation and law-enforcement practice;

Definition of the state-private partnership (SPP), technique of an assessment of expediency of implementation of projects in the GChP format, Techniques of an assessment of efficiency of GChP-projects;

Planned amendments in the federal law "About concession agreements";

Consideration of algorithm of planning of concession competition, identification of mistakes in the decision on the conclusion of the concession agreement.
