Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan opened the next seminar on training of specialists of municipal services on land and property questions
Today, 08.10.2013, in the congress hall "Salikh Saydashev", "Grand hotel Kazan" passed the first day of a training seminar on land and property questions for heads and specialists of Chambers and Managements of the property and land relations in a subject: "Legislative bases of management of the state and municipal ownership and questions of judicial and arbitration practice".
The seminar was opened by Rustem Shameev the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT. In his speech he noted the need of carrying out similar meetings and emphasized that a main objective of training – identification of the most burning issues of practice of management by the state and municipal property and problems for the purpose of definition of ways of their decision.
In seminar work the lecturer - the associate professor of the civil and enterprise law of the Kazan Federal (Volga) University of Fareed Khamidullin opened such subjects as legislative implementation of the main offers in the concept of development of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation on 01.10.2013 and the order the state and municipal property: new in legal regulation and law-enforcement practice. The lecturer also answered urgent problems of participants of a seminar in these directions.
On October 9 the speech of the judge of Federal arbitration court of the Volga region district V.A.Petrushkina is planned and it concerns judicial and arbitration practice in the sphere of management by the state and municipal property and a turn of the ground areas, the conclusions and performances of contracts for use by the state and municipal property. In the same day the associate professor of the civil and enterprise law of the Kazan Federal (Volga) University Rustem Ganeev will speak on innovations in the town-planning legislation and on actual changes of the civil legislation.
