925,420 million rubles came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the ground areas within the nine months

       07.10.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the nine months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 925,420 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 111,6 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came in from (in September, 2013):

-      property rent – 50,78 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 104,3%; 

-      land rent – 265,7 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 77,5%;

-      realization of property – 137 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 274%;

-      realization of land – 127,6 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 205,8,3%;

-      dividends – 114,4 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 61,4%;

-      PNP (Part of Net Profit) form GUE (Government Unitary Ensterprise) – 120,5 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to – 154,5% (including from liquidation of JSC Kamazernoprodukt – 70,8 million rubles);

-      sale of shares – 3,41 million rubles – the plan is accomplished to 17,1%.
