Appraisers of Tatarstan - a new stage of development

       At the next board meeting of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" a number of the decisions, which are directly influencing on the development of estimated activity in RT, was accepted.

       In particular, board members discussed questions of implementation of the pilot project on creation of a uniform database of real estate, formation of the financial development plan of NP for the period till 2017 taking into account completion of multilisting system of monitoring of the market of real estate in interaction with Guild of realtors of RT. Also the question of the direction of offers on development of the republican target program of development of the market of real estate of RT for the period till 2017 was discussed.

       Board members made the decision on the address to heads of representations of SRO (Self Regulating Organization)of appraisers, to the public authorities,  to the interested organizations in order to carry out in December, 2013 the I Congress of appraisers of RT with  master classes and attraction of the management of the Union of appraisers of RT.

       For implementation of decisions on educational and methodical work the structure of Committee on Education of NP (Tanzil Udod - the board member of Partnership - the chairman of Committee, Irina Antonova - the director of Institute of a business education of IEML, Valentin Parubina - the adviser of the rector of TISBI for DPO, Nailya Yakupova - the head of a chair of crisis management and estimated activity of K(Volga Region)FU) was approved.

       Also offers on promoting of activity of NP regarding the organization of the competition "Appraiser of Year", other prize, incentive and presentation actions were heard and approved.
