The meeting on a question of the organization of the electronic auction on the right of the conclusion of lease contracts of state property

       Cabinet of Ministries of RT by the order from 07.10.2013 No. 1944-r entrusted to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT together with State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan to consider a question of introduction concerning republican property of system of the electronic auction in order to prevent personal interaction of potential tenants and lessors (establishments and the republic enterprises) and to decrease  corruption risks.

       In pursuance of this assignment the Ministry initiated and held working meeting with representatives of Agency on definition of possible date of carrying out the trial electronic auction.

       At the meeting a number of questions, including legal, connected with procedure and technical ensuring carrying out the similar auction was considered and solved. This project is to be realized until the end of the current year.
