Questions of withdrawal of the ground areas of agricultural purpose that are not used on their purpose

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan according to orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Halikov, works on ensuring appropriate control of rational use of grounds of agricultural purpose.

       In pursuance of these instructions under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Demidov, 01.11.2013 the working meeting took place, where representatives of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Registration Service Management across the Republic of Tatarstan, Departments of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Republic of Tatarstan took part. During matter consideration participants of meeting discussed application of a new technique (the tree-ring analysis) for withdrawal justification in a judicial order of the ground areas of agricultural purpose which are not used on their purpose within three years.

       This practice it is planned to apply at withdrawal of the ground areas revealed by specialists of Management of Federal Registration Service on RT in suburbs of Kazan (Visokogorsky and Laishevsky).

       Also within execution of the above mentioned instructions in Pestrechinsky district court of RT the ground area of agricultural purpose of 68,2 hectares being in property of Karymov V. V., was withdrawn in connection with non-use on purpose for more than three years.
