On November 05, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT the open auction auction on cost increase on realization of the state property was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov.
The complex of property located in the Laishevsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan, 85 quarter of the Matyushinsky forest area is realized. For participation in the auction 14 demands were submitted. At the starting cost of 1 747,0 thousand rubles the exposed property is realized for 15 079,0 thousand rubles that exceeds the initial price by 8,6 times (301 steps).
