Meeting of the working group of the Union of appraisers of RT and Guild of realtors of RT

       According to the concluded Agreements the next meeting of the joint working group of the Union of appraisers of RT and Guild of realtors of RT took place. In meeting took part:

Ruslan Sadreev (President of NP "GR RT", head of JSC YuA Premier) from Guild of realtors, Andrey Savelyev (head of JSC NLB-Nedvizhimost), Oleg Zakharov (head of JSC Novostroyki Kazani), Lilia Zaripova (The Executive director of NP "GR RT")

from the Union of appraisers: Olga Gripas (the board member of partnership - the Director general of JSC AKF Vneshaudit), Oleg Bulgakov (The Executive director of the Union).

       During meeting the decision to hold presentation and training modifed, taking into account proposals of members of the Union of appraisers of RT, an Internet resource - multilisting system of monitoring of the market of real estate of RT - spring of 2014 within the joint organization of the II Forum on real estate was made. The system contains information about more than 4000 real estate objects is developed and is actively used by Guild of realtors of RT.  Access to system is supposed free for all appraisers and realtors.  At the same time, members of the Union of appraisers of RT and Guild of realtors of RT will use higher levels of access and range of opportunities.
