1 086,71 million rubles came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the ground areas within the nine months

       11.11.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the nine months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with AzatKhamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

        According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 1 086,71 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 131 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came in from (in September, 2013):

-      property rent – 64,8 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 133,1%; 

-      land rent – 305,,7 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 89,1%;

-      realization of property – 199 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 398%;

-      realization of land – 140 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 225,8%;

-      dividends – 114,4 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 61,4%;

-      PNP (Part of Net Profit) form GUE (Government Unitary Ensterprise) – 120,5 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to – 177,8% ;

-      sale of shares – 35,5 million rubles – the plan is accomplished to 35,5 %;

- other profit - 106,73 million rubles – the plan is accomplished to 257,2 % (including from trust management - 49,53 million rubles).
