On November 13, 2013 under the chairmanship of deputy minister Rustem Merzakreev the meeting on a question of allocation of the ground area around the International airport "Kazan" for creation of the Volga region sorting automated Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post center took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During meeting it was decided by JSC International Airport Kazan to present to the address Ministry of Land and Property Relations to RT and UFPS "Tatarstan Pochtasy" Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post branch calculation of cost of a rent for the ground area of 8,37 hectares on which construction of the automated sorting center is planned.
