Sale of the state property without price announcement with the closed form of submission of offers of acquisition

       On November 27, 2013 under the chairmanship of the first deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov sale of the state property without announcement  the closed form of submission of offers of acquisition took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took into account one more form of sale of illiquid state property – sale without announcement of price is taken by the closed form of submission of offers of acquisition.

       The state property which is in an unsatisfactory state, more than once exposed and not sold on open biddings, by means of the public offer, is realized by sale without price announcement.

       For participation in sale of the state property without announcement of the price 38 applications were submitted.   4 lots – real estate objects with the ground areas, located in the Kamsko-Ustyinskommunitsipalny region of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bugulma, Yelabuga are realized.  

       The exposed property is realized for the sum of 1,7 million rubles which arrives in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
