The second stage of certification of heads of the state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan

       In pursuance of article 21 of the Federal law No. 161-FZ "On the state and municipal unitary enterprises", and also resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 496, 10 of December 2013 the second stage attestation of a type of interview with members the Certifying commission which part were on one representative from the branch ministries, and also representatives of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federation of Labor unions of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. 

       Certifications were subject heads of 13 enterprises. The first stage of certification in the form of testing was carried out on November 28, 2013.  During the second stage of certification in the form of interview by heads of the unitary enterprises the main objectives, kinds of activity and functions of public authorities which are carried out by the unitary enterprises were sounded.  The certifying commission considered programs of development of the enterprises and results of financial and economic activity for the last 3 years. 

       Especially it is necessary to mark out heads of the following enterprises which activity didn't cause questions of members of the Certifying commission:

Geller Ya.V. – head State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Akberov O. Z. – head State Unitary Enterprise Meditsinskaya tekhnika i farmation Respubliki Tatarstan;

Khabibulin R. I. – head State Unitary Enterprise Gorelektrotransport Nizhnekamsk, and others.

       On some heads the decision in more detail to consider results of financial activity at meetings of the working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activity state unitary enterprise and joint stock company from state shares which will take place soon was made. All 13 heads correspond to a post. Some of them members of the Certifying commission took out recommendations.
