On December 11, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of modification of documents of territorial planning of the Laishevsky municipal area and development of the site planning "City SMART Kazan" took place.

For discussion of the matter representatives of Executive committee of the Laishevsky municipal region of RT, State Unitary Enterprise Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt, JSC Corporation of Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Agencies of investment development of RT were invited.

Now work on inclusion of six ground areas is carried out to borders of the Stolbishchensky rural settlement of the Laishevsky municipal region of RT.
