The meeting on an acquisition question in 2014 of premises for orphan children and persons from their number

       On December 11, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on an acquisition question in 2014 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan of premises for the subsequent granting to their orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support took place.

       In 2013 acquisition of apartments for orphan children and persons from their number was carried out under the Resolution YOU Russian Federation of 25.09.2012 No. 5128/12, action of the Federal law No. 94-FZ on acquisition of real estate objects didn't extend of 21.07.2005.

       From 01.01.2014 the procedure of purchases changes. The Federal law No. 44-FZ according to which acquisition of real estate objects on behalf of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation has to be carried out by tendering comes of 05.04.2013 into force.

       At meeting options of acquisition of premises in property of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered.

       In 2013 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan 261 apartments are acquired, acquisition of 295 apartments is planned for 2014 for orphan children and persons from their number.
