Enlarged meeting of Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership

       During enlarged meeting of Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership the number of questions, actual for all estimated community of the republic was considered on December 18, 2013.  

       In particular, the presentation of pilot version of multilisting system of monitoring of the market of real estate (MLS) took place.According to Cooperation agreements and interaction between Guild of realtors of RT and the Union of appraisers of RT work on MLS modification for formation of republican base of an assessment was carried out. The modified MLS becomes the effective tool at an assessment of material assets and a basis for creation of system of price zoning. The full version of system is supposed to commissioning in 1 quarter 2014.

       Also questions joint with Guild of realtors of RT of carrying out the Congress of real estate next year, the approval of recommendations about price zoning, activities of Committee on Education and to professional development of members of Partnership were considered.

        For the Union of appraisers of RT information on rewarding of non-profit partnership with the medal "For Consolidation of Estimated Community" became sign during the All-Russian estimated forum "The assessment twentieth anniversary - a boundary for a way choice" which took place on November 27 the current year in the President hotel (Moscow). Also at meeting certificates of honor were handed over to the most active members of Partnership.
