Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a specialized training seminar

       From December 17 to December 19, 2013 Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a specialized training seminar on standards and practice of corporate governance for representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan in governing bodies and control of joint-stock companies by the state share and independent directors, the elected to structure of board of directors from shares in authorized capitals of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       At the seminar the following questions were considered: 

       "Key problems of effective management in the companies with the state participation";

       "Financial questions in work of board of directors: assessment and forecasting of productivity of activity of joint-stock company"; 

       "Practice of creation of optimum corporate management systems of the companies".

       Training was provided by representatives of the Russian institute of directors, members of Advisory council on corporate governance at Service of Bank of Russia on the financial markets, having experience in boards of directors the large Russian companies, and also the Doctor of Economics, professor of chair of the Analysis of economic activity and audit of the Russian economic university of a name of G. V. Plekhanov, the certified professional accountant, the certified teacher of Institute of professional accountants and auditors of Russia, the certified tax consultant Platy of tax consultants of Russia, the certified financial manager of the British institute of the certified financial managers (ICFM),

       State representatives took part in training – the worker of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments, and also independent directors.
