The meeting on return of the ground areas to municipalities took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT

       24.12.2013 the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held meeting with participation of representatives of Investigative management of Committee of inquiry of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan, Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Tatarstan and 12 municipal areas of the republic.

       At the meeting the question of execution of item 4.2 of the Minutes of Council at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered  on corruption counteraction regarding carried-out work on return to municipal property of the ground areas registered in property of natural persons with use of documents, which the officials of local governments received as a result of illegal actions.

       SU of SK of Russia on RT brought 214 criminal cases in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning officials of the local governments which have made offenses in the specified sphere.

       Within RT of work carried out by Prosecutor's office more than 20% of the ground areas were returned in municipal property.
