UNION OF APPRAISERS OF PT: RESULTS, PROSPECTS, TASKS

       Throughout enlarged meeting of Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership on December 24, 2013 passed discussion by appraisers of a number of perspective projects for the republic. In particular, the President of Partnership Andrey Lisichkin, according to proposals of members of the Union of appraisers of RT, prepared a presentation that declared the vector directions for estimated community. They cover the main price zones of Tatarstan and, in process of realization, will allow to find the compromise solutions considering interests of the state, business and big customers of an assessment.       

       The purpose of the project is development of effective system of price zoning of real estate objects for an assessment and adoption of administrative decisions by owners and interested persons at implementation of the legitimate rights with real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project assumes joint financing on the basis of state-private partnership. The relevant proposals, according to the Union of appraisers of RT, are prepared for submitting for examination of the management of the republic.

       During the work of Board proposals of members the Partnership which have arrived, in particular, from Society of appraisers of RT (Zakhmatov D. U.), the companies "EKSKO-CENTER "Appraiser" (Udod T. M.), on joint completion of multilisting system of monitoring of transactions with real estate for an assessment with Guild of realtors of RT, the work and task results facing the Union of appraisers of RT were also considered.

       Work of Board ended with delivery of Letters of thanks of Partnership to the staff of Ministry of Land and Property Relations which have made considerable contribution to creation of effective and constructive mechanisms of interaction of the state and business, ensuring fair competition, information support of activity of the Union of appraisers of RT. The Letters were given to Larisa Shvetsova, Tanzila Askarova, Zulfia Kamalova and Christina Gruzdeva.
