30% of the land returned to the municipal property

       Today the first Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov held a meeting with Russian representatives of Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee all around the Republic of Tatarstan and 15 municipalities of the republic.

       The meeting addressed the issue of performance § 4.2 Minutes of the Presidential Council’s meeting  of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption in the process of lands return to municipal ownership registered in the individuals property  with the use of documents obtained as a result of illegal actions of local authorities.

       Investigation Department of Investigative Committee of Russia all around RT instituted 243 criminal cases in the municipal districts of RT against officials of local authorities who have committed offenses in this activity.

       As a result of the Prosecutor's Office’s work for more than 30 % of lands returned to municipal ownership.
