From the use and sale of state property and lands 1 billion 325 million rubles of non-tax revenues came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan at year-end 2013

       Yesterday, 20.01.2014, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev held a regular meeting, where budgetary assignment to the 2014 year was announced on non-tax revenues, administrator of which is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. Total annual plan set in the amount of 409.5 million rubles. Changes in the Budget Code of the Russian Federation have resulted on the budgetary assignments reduction. So, since January 1st, 2014 incomes from lease and lands sales, on which state ownership is not differentiated and which are located within the urban districts boundaries - enter to the local budgets. Thus, if growth rate of such revenues will be maintained in the 2014, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan would lose about 500 million rubles or 20% of the non-tax revenues.

        Also there were summed up the non-tax revenues, came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 year. According to specialists of the economy, privatization and the Ministry corporate governance, from the use and sale of state property and lands 1 billion 325 million rubles of non-tax revenues came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in this period. Thus, the annual budgetary assignment is done on 109.9 %. This Republican budget revenues reached, mainly, due to increased incomes from the sale of property, the net profit of SUE, lease and sale of lands.
