Representative of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT participated in a seminar on the program "Anticorruption in the public authorities’ activities"

       In order to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan in the period from 11 to 12 March, the representative of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took part in a seminar on the program "Anticorruption in the public authorities’ activities", organized by the Institute of Economics, Management and Law (Kazan), for the officials of divisions of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, who are responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses.

       The seminar was opened by the Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A.N. Belov, who pointed out the need for such a platform for experience exchange and good ideas on the formation of well-functioning state mechanisms to address the main strategic objective - the recognition, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

        The seminar speakers were the director of the Research Institute of anti-corruption, working group member of the presidium of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation on anti-corruption, a member of the Presidential Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption, independent expert authorized for examination of draft regulations and other documents for corruption, competitive commission chairman of All-Russian contest " Russia without Corruption " doctor of Law, professor P.A. Kabanov, a member of the Commission on the compliance to the official conduct of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan of Presidential Administration of Tatarstan Republic and settlement of the interests conflict, a member of the Republican expert group on anti-corruption, pro-rector on scientific work IEML (Kazan), Doctor of Law, Professor I.I. Bikeev, the prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan  MT Shrsha.

        In the lecturers speeches, among others, also questions were raised on ensuring of  effective control to reduce the corruption risks in the management of property and lands.

       Upon completion of the seminar individuals who took part in the seminar - training were solemnly handed a certificate of advanced training.
