Meeting results of the Board of NP "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan"

        On the meeting of the Board of Nonprofit Partnership "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan" held on March 13, 2014 was made a series of decisions of organizational and methodical nature.

        The Regulations on Expert Advisory Board of the Partnership and professional public accreditation of educational programs of vocational education institutions offering training in assessment, the Expert Advisory Board were accepted, subject to the received proposals and wide discussion.

        The Council task is the formation of professional opinion, consulting and methodological assistance to businesses and individuals, the judiciary and the executive authorities in the examination in the valuation field.

        The meeting considered proposals of Guild of Realtors of RT on finalization of multilisting system on the real estate market monitoring, as well as a collective appeal of the appraisers to the RT Cabinet, law enforcement, and enforcement authorities.

       On the latter question, Partnership’s position was formulated to protect the rights, interests and reputation of bona fide members of the business community, in accordance with applicable law, along with the unconditional prevent of violations in the assessment market.
