Minister Azat Hamaev opened a training seminar for managers and specialists from Chambers of Property and Land Relations

        On March 19 at the hotel and entertainment complex "Kazan Riviera" began a three-day training seminar for managers and specialists from Chambers of Property and Land Relations on the topic "Legal framework of the management of state and municipal property and judicial practice issues". The Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev opened the seminar. In his opening speech, the Minister noted that the seminar should be held with maximum efficiency, and urged all participants to take an active part in the seminar.

       Already well established by previous studies teachers take part in the seminar - assistant professors of civil and business law of Kazan Federal University Farida Khamidullina and Rustem Ganeev. Experts of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan are also invited.

       On the first day of the seminar ​​lecturer Farida Khamidullina gave a speech on granting of lands for advertising design, including the social advertising and the implementation of purchases from a single supplier, the nature of the state contract.

       The seminar will also consider the issues on strengthening of cooperation between Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and local authorities in the land and property relations, including - the practical implementation of new agreements on cooperation between the Ministry and the MLA.
