Meeting on houses construction for the teaching personnel and staff of "K(P)FU" on the Elabuga territory

       On April 3, 2014 a meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov held on the consideration of the possibility of houses construction for the teachers and staff of FSAEI HVE "Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University" on the land, located at Prospect of Petroleum, Elabuga.

       Following the representative of the Executive Committee of Elabuzhsky municipal district the land, according to the approved land use and development of Elabuga is located in the area of recreational purpose and area of sports, entertainment and recreation facilities, which, in turn, does not involve the construction of houses and dormitories.

       In this regard, the RT Ministry of Land and Property Relations FSAEI HVE "K(P)FU"  made ​​recommendations for Elabuzhsky District Board to consider amending of existing zones of urban development regulations to the zone, providing for residential development, and the establishment of appropriate permitted use of land.
