Discussion of cooperation in the assessment market at the High School of Public Administration of KFU

"Effective management of property in land relations", held from 15 to 24 April 2014 at the High School of Public Administration of Kazan Federal University, Executive Director of Appraisers Union RT Oleg Bulgakov made a speech in front of an audience - heads of Chambers of land and property relations. The speech reflected disputes and practical recommendations on evaluation of state and municipal property.
The functions and powers of the authorities responsible for legal regulation and supervision of evaluation, self-regulatory organizations, the National Council for evaluation were considered.
The major part of the speech was devoted to non-judicial procedures for disputes resolving - using mechanisms of appraisers SRO defined by legislation and functioning in their disciplinary committees and expert councils, the Territorial administration Commission of Rosreestr RT on disputes to determine the cadastral value of arbitration and ,directly, the functional bodies of non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of Republic of Tatarstan", which brings together most of the effective appraisal organizations of the republic.
Participants of the meeting, during the live discussion, concurred on the need to further development of constructive dialogue between business and state.
