Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT made a working visit to the Republic of Crimea Bakhchisaray district

       On May 28-29, 2014 in order to provide practical assistance to local government representatives from the Ministry made ​​a working visit to the Republic of Crimea Bakhchisaray district. Previously, the list of most interesting issues was obtained from district’s professionals, working in the land and property relations sphere.

       For the time spent in Bakhchisaray district with employees of district state administration, District Council apparatus, the District Department of the state committee on land resources, settlements leaders of Bakhchisaray district held classes on:

powers of local governments in the land and property relations sphere;

implementation of the Land Code of the Russian Federation;

municipal property management and disposal;

organization of cadastral registration, cadastral works, registration of rights to immovable property.

       Also, a "round table" was held, in which the answers to questions concerning the land and property relations were given.

       Besides, in Simferopol, a meeting with the leadership of the National Committee on Land Resources of the Republic of Crimea was held, where the standards implementation of the Russian Federation land legislation was discussed.
