115,620 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the lands

       12.05.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for four months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 115,620 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for four month the budget task is accomplished to 28,24 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came to the budget on April, 2014 from:

-      property rent – 25,28 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 64,7 %; 

-      land rent – 8,65 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 87,4 %;

-      property realization  – 8,53  mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 24,4 %;

-     land realization – 8,32 mln.rub.;

-      sole proprietors - 20 mln. rub. - plan is accomplished to 33,1%

-      property trust  – 44,76 million rubles – plan is accomplished to 104,8 %.
