Scheduled inspections of state property

       Within the execution of functions on property use control, owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, fixed by public institutions, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on August 22, 2007 N 407 "Issues of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan" in April the Ministry of RT started planning check for 2014 of state property use by 52 Departments of Agriculture and Food of the Republic.

       To date, according to the schedule specified inspection conducted in six departments. During the check of the state property use by Office of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Alexeyevsky municipal district was an infringement of the legislation - the transfer of premises, attached to the operational management, to various organizations without the agreement of the  Ministry of RT.

       On May, 13 to take measures to eliminate violations of the law and attract the head of the Office of Agriculture and Food of Alexeyevsky district for responsibility an administrative offense to impose a fine was drawn up.
