Today, on June 9, this year, fifty-second session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Among other issues, deputies reviewed the draft of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" and adopted it in the first reading.
To discuss this issue, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev made a speech.
By proposed change to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, the procedure and conditions for information provision is established on the possible seizure of lands for state and municipal needs.
