The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT replenishes the budget of Tatarstan

      On June 9, 2014, at the next executive meeting of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov resulting budget non-tax revenues of the Republic of Tatarstan for the five months of the current year were announced.

      According to specialists of the economy, privatization and corporate governance of the Ministry for the period 146.6 million rubles of non-tax revenues came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from the use and sale of state property and land plots.

      Only in May 2014, the national budget received:

from property rental - 28.95 million rubles - The plan is fulfilled by 74.1%;

from land rental - 10.88 million rubles- The plan is executed by 109.9%;

from the property implementation - 23.55 million rubles- The plan is fulfilled by 67.3%;

from the land sale - 8.51 million rubles;

from PC- 25.99 million rubles – the plan is made up of 43%;

from dividends - 1.56 million rubles – the plan is made up of 0.7%;

from the transfer of property to the confidential management - 47.06 million rubles - The plan is fulfilled by 110.2%.

Thus, for the first five months of this year, the annual budget task is executed by 35.8%.
