Results of the conference "Management of the territory development through the real estate taxation and major infrastructure projects implementation"

       With the support of non-profit partnership "Appraisers Union of the Republic of Tatarstan" at the Higher School of public and municipal administration of the Kazan Federal University 10.06.2014 held the conference "Management of the territory development through the real estate taxation and the implementation of major infrastructure projects", organized by NP SRO "Appraisers Business Union" and NP "Experts Business Union". In the plenary session of the conference spoke Irina Shevtsova, CEO of SRO "DSO", a member of the National Council on assessment and the Supervisory Board of NP "Appraisers Union of RT", Demian Voronchihin, CEO of NP "Forensic experts Business Union", Alyona Pylaeva, research manager of ANO "Institute of Territorial Development", project coordinator of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development "Development and testing of the real estate inventory (mass) valuation system in the Russian Federation", Oksana Semenova, CEO of the Independent Expertise Center "Proffit" (Moscow). The presentations reflected last planned changes into the legislation on valuation activity, appraisal community offers on this issue, advanced Russian practice of informational and methodological support of federal and regional infrastructure projects in terms of assessment methodology development, monitoring, expert examination and control of assets evaluation, practical aspects of mass evaluation.

       During the ensuing lively discussion, the participants - representatives of the appraisal community of RT, heads and senior officials of NP " Cadastral engineers Association", Associations of RT enterprises and entrepreneurs, design organizations, large industrial companies, non-profit organizations, governments and educational institutions - exchanged views about public-private partnership prospects in the global infrastructure projects implementation, stopped at the practice of pretrial disputes resolving in the evaluation and unanimously noted the need to continue a constructive open dialogue between business, citizens and the state on these problems.

       Active organizational support for the event had the management of LLC "Expert Business Center" (Nizhnekamsk) - member of NP "Appraisers Union of RT".
