Strengthened responsibility for violation of nonresidential objects orders owned by the Republic or the municipal government

       The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the Law of RT on June 9, 2014 № 47-LRT "On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses".

        This law tightened sanctions under Articles 4.3 and 4.4 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses, providing the liability for violation of the non-residential premises order, owned by the Republic, municipal government, and the use of these properties.

       For example, fines for officials increased ten times for the disposal of non-residential premises owned by the Republic, without the permission of the specially authorized executive body.

       Use of non-residential premises without proper documents or with violation of established norms and operation rules entails the administrative fine for citizens in the amount of 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles; for officials - from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 200 thousand to 300 thousand rubles.

       Fines for officials increased ten times for the disposal of non-residential premises, municipally owned, without the local government permission.
