Information on the inspections of the state property which have been carried out by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT in the second quarter 2014

       For the second quarter 2014 27 inspections from 68 checks established by the plan for 2014 on effective use of the state property and the land plots transferred to public institutions, the organizations of various forms of ownership on the right of operational management, continuous (termless) using, free use and rent, including 19 checks of use of property by public institutions have been carried out by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       During checks the following typical violations at checked establishments are revealed, including:

- transfer of the state property without consent of the owner to other organizations:

- there is no registration of the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishment on the real estate objects (land plots) which are on balance of the organization;

- the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on the real estate objects (land plots) used by the organization aren't issued;

- data in certificates on the state registration of the right of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on real estate objects (land plots) don't correspond to actual data.

       841,7 sq.m of not used rooms and 9 cars are revealed. Established facts of loss of two cars public institutions and transfers to using to eight legal entities without the permission of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT of the state property and land plots.

       Following the results of checks for the second quarter 2014 materials on checks of 18 establishments (from 19) will be sent to the ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan supervising checked establishments.

       According to articles 4.3, 8.1 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan about administrative offenses (of 18.06.2013 No. 47-ZRT) act materials on check of Deraptment of Agriculture and the food of the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Alexeyevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan are sent to editions of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan to the world judge for attraction to administrative responsibility.

       Besides, for execution of solutions of the minutes of Council at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on corruption counteraction from 26.03.2014 Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT monitors and analyses the efficiency of activity of chambers of the property and land relations on management and the order by municipal property during 2010 – in Pestrechinsky, High-mountain and Mamadyshsky municipal areas till the I quarter 2014.
