Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT carries out work on ensuring appropriate control of rational use of lands of agricultural purpose and their involvement to an agricultural turn

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT submitted statements of claim to Arbitration court of RT about compulsory withdrawal of the land plots of the agricultural purpose located in the territory of Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky municipal areas, belonging on the right of common ownership of ZPIF “IART Development" and joint stock company “Matyushino's furs", in connection with non-use on purpose within three years.

       Within the reached agreements in meetings of Arbitration court of RT owners of the land plots confirmed the intentions to settle dispute by elimination of violations on target use of sites with performance of work on cultivation of an arable land and crops of crops.

       According to results of exit check 03.07.2014 together with representatives of Management of Federal Registration Service on RT, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of RT, IK of Laishevsky and Pestrechinsky areas it is established that the revealed violations are eliminated, and sites are introduced into agricultural circulation. The area of the land plots introduced into agricultural circulation, makes about 280 hectares.
