The Ministry carried out a round table in a videoconference mode with chambers and managements of the property and land relations of the republic on a subject "About increase of efficiency of a carried-out action "National inventory"

       Since the beginning of the current year in municipalities of the republic the stock "National Inventory" is carried out.  As the initiator of an action the municipality of Kazan acted where the best results on its carrying out are reached.  The main task of an action – usege of an initiative of the population for assistance to local governments in identification of not used or inefficiently used real estate objects and land plots, their involvement in economic circulation and increase in tax revenues.

       Today within inventory, 1313 not used land plots, buildings and rooms were revealed. Inhabitants of Arsky, Bavly, High-mountain, Drozhzhanovsky, Nizhnekamsk and Tukayevsky municipal areas, took active part in an action. At the same time in the majority of municipalities this work is carried out insufficiently effectively and the population shows low activity.

       Therefore, for an exchange of experience, for increase of productivity of an action "the round table" was organized.

      The Minister Azat Khamayev opened and conducted the action.  On the "round table" acted the chairman of Committee of the land and property relations of executive committee of Kazan Ratmir Shaydullin who shared experience of holding an action in the capital of the republic.  The Deputy Minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Zaripov told about use for collection of information about not used objects of the state information system "National Control".

       Further answers to questions of specialists of chambers and managements were given. The First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov acted on some other the topical issues concerning activity of Chambers, including the topic about a course of implementation of agreements on interaction.

       The event of such type is not the last - the work results in this direction will be summed up again this year.
