677,480 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the lands

       11.08.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 7 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 677,480 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus for six months the budget task is accomplished to 165,47 %.
       Due to received information the revenue came to the budget on July, 2014 from:
-      property rent – 63,60 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 162,8 %; 
-      land rent – 17,31 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 174,8 %;
-      property realization  - 138,34  mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 395,3 %;
-     land realization - 8,60 mln.rub.;
-     sales of auctions - 264,46 млн. руб. plan is accomplished to 3 778 %
-      from transfer of property in RC  - 49,10 million rubles - plan is accomplished to 115 %.
