The bigger number of Russians will be able to acquire economy class housing at preferential price

       With the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 6, 2014 No. 912 "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" the list of categories of citizens which have the right to acquire economy class housing  at preferential price is expanded. It is about the housing constructed or which is under construction on the land plots of Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction.

       The list included participants of the "Housing for the Russian Family" program, thus their security with housing and level of prosperity should not exceed the maximum sizes established in the region.

       Employees of the organizations - participants of programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters can acquire economy class housing at preferential price also (if this their primary place of employment).

       Besides, the list of the persons having the right to acquire the specified housing included citizens with 2 children and more - recipients of a maternity capital, and veterans of military operations. Moreover, the sizes of the premises occupied by them do not matter.

       It is specified that citizens having many children (with 3 children and more) have the right to acquire economy class housing at preferential price also irrespective of the sizes of the premises occupied by them.

       Sites state property on which is not differentiated and of which the Fund disposes can be provided for construction of economy class housing. Offers on use of such sites are considered by Government Housing Commission and an assessment of efficiency of use of the land plots which are in property of the Russian Federation.
